Clear boundaries make better business relationships.

These terms explain the role of IndusRhine, the conditions governing use of this website and the commercial boundaries of our sourcing services.

Terms of useIR / LEGAL
IndusRhine supports sourcing decisions. The buyer remains in control.

Our role is to help buyers identify, assess and engage suitable manufacturers. We do not replace the buyer's own commercial, technical or legal decision-making.

The commercial model

Independent sourcing support — not trading intermediation.

IndusRhine is designed to operate on the buyer side of a sourcing requirement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer contracts and transacts directly with the manufacturer selected by the buyer.

01

IndusRhine provides sourcing and procurement support to the buyer.

02

The buyer and manufacturer enter into their own commercial relationship directly.

03

Supplier selection, pricing, performance and commercial outcomes are never guaranteed.

01

Website operator

The IndusRhine website and services are operated under the IndusRhine brand. Formal legal-entity information will be displayed here once the operating entity is incorporated and final company details are available.

The website is operated for business-to-business users interested in sourcing, procurement and supplier identification involving India.

References to IndusRhine, we, us or our in these terms refer to the operator of the IndusRhine business and website.

The website may be accessed internationally, but availability of the website does not mean that every service is available in every jurisdiction.

Formal company registration, registered-office and statutory information will be added after incorporation.

02

Nature of the IndusRhine service

IndusRhine provides independent sourcing and procurement-support services intended to help buyers identify, assess, compare and engage potential manufacturers.

Services may include supplier discovery, sourcing research, supplier screening, information gathering, comparison, qualification support, shortlist development and supplier introduction.

The exact scope of any paid engagement is determined separately and may differ from the general description provided on this website.

IndusRhine is not an accounting firm, certification body, laboratory, inspection authority or legal adviser unless a specific external professional is separately engaged for that purpose.

Information provided on this website is general business information and does not constitute legal, tax, regulatory, engineering, investment or other professional advice.

03

Buyer and manufacturer relationship

IndusRhine supports the sourcing process but does not ordinarily become the seller or purchaser of the goods being sourced.

The buyer decides whether to engage, approve, reject or contract with any manufacturer introduced or identified through IndusRhine.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, contracts for products, tooling, samples, manufacturing or supply are entered into directly between the buyer and manufacturer.

Payments for manufactured goods are ordinarily made directly by the buyer to the relevant manufacturer and are not routed through IndusRhine.

Any separate fees payable to IndusRhine relate to sourcing, research, procurement support or other agreed services rather than purchase of the manufactured goods themselves.

04

Information, research and sourcing outputs

IndusRhine aims to provide structured and useful sourcing information, but supplier information can change and may depend on third-party sources.

Supplier profiles, certifications, capacity information, commercial details and other sourcing evidence may originate from manufacturers, public records, databases or other third-party sources.

IndusRhine may organise, compare and assess information, but cannot guarantee that every third-party statement is complete, current or free from error.

A shortlist or recommendation reflects the information reasonably available at the time and the sourcing criteria understood from the buyer.

The buyer remains responsible for deciding what additional technical, legal, financial, regulatory, quality or compliance diligence is required before contracting.

05

Supplier independence and introductions

IndusRhine is intended to operate independently on the buyer side rather than as a supplier advertising marketplace.

Suppliers do not obtain inclusion in an IndusRhine shortlist merely by paying for visibility.

Supplier inclusion is based on sourcing relevance, available evidence and the buyer's stated requirements.

An introduction by IndusRhine does not constitute a guarantee, certification, warranty or endorsement of future supplier performance.

Buyers should independently approve commercial terms, technical specifications, samples, contracts, quality arrangements and any other conditions required before placing orders.

06

No guarantees and limitation of responsibility

Sourcing involves commercial and operational risk. IndusRhine cannot guarantee a particular supplier outcome or eliminate risks inherent in manufacturing and international trade.

We do not guarantee cost savings, supplier availability, production performance, delivery dates, product quality, regulatory approval, commercial success or recovery of any particular amount.

A manufacturer may change pricing, capacity, certifications, personnel, ownership, commercial terms or other circumstances after information has been collected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IndusRhine is not responsible for losses arising solely from acts, omissions, defaults, delays or products of independent manufacturers or other third parties.

Any specific contractual limitation of liability applicable to a paid engagement may be set out separately in the relevant proposal, engagement letter, order or services agreement.

07

Intellectual property and submitted material

The IndusRhine website, brand and original materials remain protected intellectual property, while ownership of buyer-supplied information remains with the relevant owner.

The IndusRhine name, logo, website design, original text, graphics and proprietary sourcing materials may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission.

Submitting a sourcing brief or document does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to IndusRhine.

By submitting material, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it for the purpose of evaluating or supporting the sourcing request.

Where particularly sensitive intellectual property or trade secrets are involved, additional confidentiality arrangements should be agreed before disclosure where appropriate.

08

Website use, external links and changes

Users are expected to use the website lawfully and for legitimate business purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access to systems, upload malicious material or misuse submission functionality.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. IndusRhine does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Website information may be updated, corrected, expanded or withdrawn without prior notice.

These terms may also be updated as the business, services, regulatory requirements or operating structure evolve. The current version published on this page will apply to use of the website.

Before contracting

A sourcing introduction is the beginning of buyer diligence — not the end.

Before placing an order, buyers should satisfy themselves regarding technical specifications, samples, product quality, supplier capability, contractual terms, regulatory requirements, intellectual property, payment conditions, logistics and any other matter relevant to the transaction.
