Services
IndusRhine gives European companies a structured way to search, assess and engage Indian manufacturers without creating a local sourcing team from scratch.
One buyer-side mandate, supported from supplier discovery through qualified introduction.
One connected process
The value comes from connecting discovery, assessment and decision support into one sourcing process.
Map the relevant manufacturer landscape.
Remove suppliers that do not fit the requirement.
Structure the remaining options side by side.
Clarify critical evidence and supplier claims.
Connect the buyer with the suppliers worth pursuing.
Where we add value
We search beyond the most visible exporters to identify manufacturers whose production capability, category and operating profile are relevant to the requirement.
Potential suppliers are screened against sourcing fit, manufacturing capability, certifications, scale, export relevance and other requirement-specific criteria.
We organise technical, commercial and operational information so the buyer can understand why one supplier may be a stronger fit than another.
The outcome is a focused shortlist with the reasoning behind it, followed by supplier introductions when the buyer decides to proceed.
What you receive
The output is designed to reduce research noise and give your team a clearer basis for deciding which suppliers deserve the next conversation.
You should understand not only who is on the shortlist, but why they are there.
Commercial model
IndusRhine supports the sourcing process without positioning itself between the buyer and manufacturer as a trading intermediary.
The buyer contracts with the selected manufacturer directly.
Product payments are made directly to the manufacturer, not routed through IndusRhine.
IndusRhine is engaged separately for sourcing and procurement support.
Bring us a requirement
Share what you are trying to source. We will first assess whether India is a sensible market and whether the requirement is suitable for an IndusRhine Sourcing Sprint.
